Dr. Duperval, a respected educational leader with deep roots in the Boston community, joins First Eleven to further strengthen its mission of providing holistic support to young athletes.
Currently serving as the Dean of Students for Grades 5-8 at the Albert F. Argenziano School, Dr. Duperval is renowned for his dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers students to excel both academically and personally. His commitment to student well-being and engagement is evident in his collaborative approach, working closely with teachers, families, and the broader school community to meet each student’s unique strengths and needs.

A Boston native, Dr. Duperval is an alumnus of Boston College High School and Boston College, where he earned his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. in Education. His extensive experience in educational leadership and his belief that every student has the potential for greatness make him a natural fit for First Eleven, where he will focus on supporting middle school athletes through the crucial, formative years leading up to high school.
